- using a different internet connection
- a different device/computer
- a different browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- disabling any VPN software.
A lot of times when our courses don't play correctly, corporate VPN or software restrictions are to blame.
Please check with your administrator / IT department, if they can whitelist the following domains to let traffic from us through:

Our course player is tested and will work with all the major web browsers.
We recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
Make sure you have the latest update, and disable any ad blocking plugins for our site.
