This message can be caused by several things.
- You have no more available licenses for the course you have invited to.
- You can find the number of available licenses on the course itself under Courses. Where do I see how many licenses we have?
- You need to buy more licenses: How do I buy courses / licenses?
- The person you have invited has not registered with the right company affiliation. Perhaps the person has chosen a different department in the company than the one where the course licenses are located?
- Check if you can find the person under users in the company. If you can't find the person, ask the employee to log in to the profile and add the correct company as employer. I have changed employer
- If the person still gets the same message, contact support, we can help you.
- It may be that the settings on the course restrict who can use a license.
- Go to Courses in the menu under company.
- Select the course you have invited to and select Settings.
- If the Employee box is ticked under License availability, while the person you have invited is registered as contractor, the person will not have access to the license and will therefore be notified that there are no available licenses for the course.
