1. Go to Munio Access - Administration
2. Select ADD USER(S)
3. Select the correct zone for the requisition. Several zones can be selected at the same time, if available. Select NEXT
4. Enter the name of their employer in the search field, and select the correct company.
- Make sure you select the correct country code.
5. Select NEXT
If the company cannot be found in the list:
1. Select CREATE NEW or the plus sign (+) at the end of the list.
- If the plus sign is not visible, you need to navigate to the last page (>Ι)
Name: Company name
Org. Nr.: Company Registration Number
2. Select NEXT
3. Add user information and select the plus sign
4. Select NEXT - go to point 9 below.
6. Search for the name of the user in the search field
7. Select the correct person by clicking on the plus sign (+).
- If the user cannot be found, select Cannot find the user? Click here to invite
Enter the e-mail address, first name and surname under INVITE USER and click on the plus symbol (+)
8. Select NEXT
9. Select the responsible company
10. Select ADD
